Altia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join a multinational project focused on bioeconomy and European agriculture. You will analyze and structure data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive modelling and design artefacts in a multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT, strong UML/BPMN skills, Product Ownership and Project Management experience, and fluency in English. The role offers an international, innovative setting with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• University degree Level 7 or higher.
• 10+ years in IT sector with BA experience.
• 10+ years as Business Analyst.
• 10+ years in visual design & modelling tools.
• 5+ years with UML/BPMN.
• 5+ years in Product Ownership and Project Management.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• English level C1/C2.
