Jobat is seeking an ambitious International Inside Sales professional for the high-performance metal industry. You will be the main contact for European customers, manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams across Europe and the U.S.

You will navigate strict quality and export compliance, organize shipments, monitor inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C-level) is mandatory.
• At least B2 level in Italian for customer interactions.
• Affinity with technical topics and willingness to learn about complex products.
• Promotiecampagnes ontwerpen.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for customers in your region, ensuring accurate verbal and written communication of all requirements.
• Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams across Europe and the U.S.
• Organise shipments of finished goods to European customers and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to management.
• Navigate quality, export compliance, and internal process requirements linked to aerospace-grade products.
• Solve day-to-day issues independently, escalating only when needed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and coaching sessions with a local trainer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal projects.
