Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills to investigate discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as Sun Accounting or NetSuite.
• Exposure to data visualization/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to identify process improvements and standardize controls.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile donations, grants, and other incoming payments across platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Global Payments, BBMS).
• Record revenue transactions, fees, and journal entries; keep CRM in sync with accounting systems.
• Prepare donor reports and support annual reviews and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and donor obligations.
• Assist with period-end close and revenue-related reporting for management.
