Qualifications

• 3+ years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations.
• Professional degree in logistics and forwarding.
• MS Office literacy.
• Fluent in at least two foreign business languages, English mandatory.
• Initiative and strong organizational skills to meet customer requirements.
• Extensive export/import customs procedure knowledge is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer orders per requirements.
• Handle import files from A to Z.
• Process orders, plan bookings and transport.
• Coordinate shipments and follow up.
• Manage import customs documentation.
• Prepare documentation, invoicing and filing.
• Provide shipment reporting to customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot operations and report non-conformances.
• Collaborate with subcontractors under agreed rates.
• Ensure end-to-end order handling and documentation.
