Talangeo, an international group with operations in the agro-industrial sector, seeks an experienced HR Officer in Brussels to manage day-to-day HR administration and support employees throughout the lifecycle.

The role covers payroll data, contracts, absences, benefits, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing HR process improvements, with a focus on Belgian social legislation and accurate digital records. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR/personnel administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
• Experience with payroll and HR administration.
• Very good French and English.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Organised, proactive, discreet and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Prepare payroll data and manage employee records.
• Handle contracts, holidays, absences, benefits and HR documentation.
• Manage Dimona, insurance, sickness and accident administration.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian social legislation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate digital records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Help improve HR processes and tools.
