HOFFMAN, a well-established federation in the Belgian healthcare sector, seeks a Technical Project Manager-Healthcare Sector for its Brussels offices. You will lead the full management of one or more projects focused on analysis, design, development and implementation of strategic and operational products and services impacting the Federation and its stakeholders.

Our client is a well-established and successful Federation related to the Belgian healthcare sector. For their offices in Brussels, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager-Healthcare Sector.

Reporting to the Management Team, the Technical Project Manager will be entrusted with the full management of one or several projects dedicated to the analysis, design, development and implementation of strategic and operational products and services having a strong impact on the workings of the National Federation and its stakeholders.

PROFILE

• Successful experience as technical expert and /or project manager within a technical, digital or complex organization;
• Used to work independently and to take initiative with a strong knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Very strong communication skills;
• Strong in analytical and structured thinking;
• Focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
• Very result - and quality driven;
• Being familiar with digitalization within the healthcare sector is a strong plus;
• Focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French.
