UCB is seeking a Global Head of Advanced Analytics to lead the Integrated Insights function and shape how data, analytics and AI are used to generate patient-focused insights across the enterprise. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development of analytics capabilities and AI-enabled insights.

Based in Anderlecht, Belgium, you will lead a global team, partner with stakeholders, and drive adoption of data-driven decision making to maximize patient impact and asset value.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in advanced analytics, data science, AI, or insight generation within global pharma.
• Strong global leadership capability in matrixed environments.
• Experience defining a vision for analytics, data, AI and generative AI.
• Knowledge of pharma industry and product/asset lifecycle questions.
• Strong project management and ability to drive adoption and impact.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute UCB's global vision for analytics, data, and AI-enabled insights.
• Lead and develop a global Advanced Analytics team with technical excellence and business fluency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics solutions.
• Drive data and AI adoption to strengthen decision-making and impact.
• Foster collaboration across Integrated Insights and Data & Technology teams.
• Oversee delivery of high-impact analytics initiatives that create patient value.
