Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Global Head of Advanced Analytics who is Collaborative, Curious, and Impact-oriented to join our Integrated Insights team, based at our headquarters in Anderlecht, Brussels, Belgium.
You will lead UCB's global advanced analytics function and shape how data, advanced analytics, and AI are used to generate insights and support decision‑making across the enterprise. You will help transform critical business questions into actionable insights that create value for patients and maximize the impact of UCB's assets. Leading our global Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence, you will work across the full molecule lifecycle from late‑stage development onwards, advancing UCB's capabilities in analytics, data science, and AI‑enabled insight generation. As a member of the Integrated Insights Leadership Team, you will play a key role in fostering a data‑driven culture and positioning UCB as a leader in evidence‑based decision‑making.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary community across Integrated Insights, Patient Evidence, Patient Solutions, Patient Impact, and regional and global stakeholder groups. You will work closely with asset‑aligned insight leads, commercial and functional stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, brand and asset teams, and colleagues from the Data Office and Digital Technology teams. Together, you will deliver integrated insights that support better decisions and greater patient impact.
