Responsabilités

• Explore guest feedback from surveys and reviews to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Visualize performance using Excel and PowerPoint with guidance.
• Support hotel onboarding to brand audit and Voice of the Guest platform.
• Help track monthly quality metrics and summarize year-end results.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance brand experience.
