Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Digital Experience Trainee to join our dynamic digital experience team in Brussels. This 6‑month role involves managing web releases, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing implementation from start to finish, impacting the Radisson Hotel Group hospitality business in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand users’ needs and how they interact with radissonhotels.com.
• Prioritise requirements and transform them into product specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to finalise specifications into mock‑ups.
• Coordinate with the development team on implementation details and timelines.
• Conduct quality tests.
• Participate in creative projects to contribute to the overall product roadmap.
• Analyse and report product usage, customer feedback, and success indicators using tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Work cross‑functionally with development, design, content, and marketing teams across an international environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a school program (eligible for internship).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in Europe.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Appetite for UI & UX.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
• Risk‑mitigation understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work within tight deadlines.
