Siemens Software is seeking a Global GTM Director (f/m/d) for Enterprise Simulation to shape the future of engineering and digital transformation. The role focuses on expanding Enterprise Simulation, building executive relationships, and driving multi-year opportunities across strategic accounts, engaging Engineering VPs, CIOs, and CAE leaders.

Strong executive presence to engage C-level stakeholders in strategic accounts.
Proven leadership of global, virtual teams and cross-functional orchestration.

Responsabilités

Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for Enterprise Simulation and SPDM.
Build and strengthen executive relationships within strategic accounts.
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted account strategies.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Siemens, Services, Partners, and Alliances.
Strengthen market leadership and differentiation through thought leadership and GTM campaigns.
Advise regional sales leadership on strategic enterprise pursuits and monetization strategies.
