Siemens Software is seeking a Global GTM Director (f/m/d) for Enterprise Simulation to lead growth across strategic accounts. You will shape go-to-market strategy, build executive relationships, and drive multi-year transformation initiatives, collaborating with Engineering VPs, CIOs, and CAE leaders to convert opportunities into measurable value.

Qualifications

Deep industry and market expertise in simulation, engineering software, and enterprise technology.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
Proven leadership across global, virtual teams, orchestrating multi-domain initiatives across Services, Consulting, Partners, and Alliances.

Responsabilités

Define and execute the GTM strategy for Enterprise Simulation and SPDM, identifying growth opportunities and aligning cross-functional teams.
Build and strengthen executive relationships within strategic accounts, shaping large, multi-year initiatives.
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted account and industry strategies with executive workshops and customer engagements.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to support complex enterprise pursuits and multi-year deals.
Strengthen market leadership by tracking trends and enabling Sales and Presales with GTM campaigns.
Advise regional sales leadership and position Simulation as a strategic business initiative.
