Boortmalt is seeking a Group FP&A Manager in Antwerp, Belgium to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management for our global malting group. You will deliver insights to senior management, drive profitability and efficiency, coordinate annual budgeting and long-term planning, and develop the finance team across the international organization.

The role reports to the Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager and requires strong analytics, SAP/JDE, OneStream, Power BI,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Certified accounting designation (CPA/ACCA/CFA) or equivalent.
• Extensive FP&A, consolidation and financial analysis experience, preferably international.
• Strong modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis ability.
• Experience leading finance teams and managing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SAP and JDE; OneStream is an advantage.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning for the group.
• Monitor performance and provide detailed analysis of drivers and results.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of planning and reporting processes.
• Organize the group financial reporting calendar and align with the Axéréal Group.
• Lead and develop finance team members to high performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate data into insights.
• Support profitability, efficiency and overall business performance.
