Zusammenfassung

Ansell in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Vice President, FP&A and Corporate Finance to lead global planning, forecasting, and finance modernization. You will partner with the CFO and CEO, guiding analytics, reporting, and performance management across regions and functions.

As a senior finance leader, you will drive strategic narratives for the Board, advance digital analytics, and shape the future of Ansell’s financial capabilities worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including FP&A and performance management.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with global teams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards in a public company.
• Deep financial acumen across corporate FP&A, forecasting, and analytics modernization.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise strategic planning, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting with rigor.
• Act as CFO’s strategic partner and advisor to CEO and ELT, translating insights into decisions.
• Partner with CFO, IR, and leaders on Board reporting and strategic priorities.
• Build modern analytics capabilities for revenue, gross margin, OpEx, and cash flow.
• Drive a data-driven, self-service analytics culture across global finance.
