MpowerT is supporting a privately owned international pharmaceutical group in Antwerp by recruiting a Finance & Reporting Manager. The role blends strong accounting, IFRS reporting and business partnering across multiple countries within a growing and increasingly professional finance environment.

You will own the financial reporting and coordination across group entities, work with local Finance Managers, and help translate numbers into meaningful business insights in a multinational setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, controlling and/or financial reporting.
• IFRS knowledge is a strong asset.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of financial reporting and review process for a portfolio of Group entities.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with IFRS.
• Review P&L and balance sheet positions and challenge the quality of the reported numbers.
• Collaborate with local Finance Managers to improve reporting quality.
• Coordinate annual financial audits with internal and external auditors.
• Contribute to standardization of accounting principles and internal controls across the Group.
• Support intercompany positions, transfer pricing and compliance.
• Contribute to IFRS consolidated financial statements and interactions with group auditors.
