EXMAR Group, headquartered in Antwerp, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting, closing and reporting for several subsidiaries in compliance with IFRS and BE GAAP.

You will report to the Head of Consolidation & Accounting, supervise GL accountants, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Strong English/Dutch, 5 years of GL experience, and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in General Ledger Accounting (A-Z).
• Demonstrated people management skills and deadline focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for IFRS/BE GAAP.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead closing activities and review monthly/quarterly trial balances.
• Review yearly statutory accounts and coordinate with auditors and legal.
• Guide and support GL accountants across subsidiaries.
• Define actions for automation and efficiency improvements.
