Jobat is assisting an international consumer goods player transitioning from distributor to brand owner, seeking a sales leader to develop export markets outside Western Europe.

You will build and manage relationships with international distributors and key accounts, drive sales growth, negotiate contracts with retailers and specialities, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and product teams. Travel ~50% will be required.

• Negotiate contracts with retail chains, discounters and specialised stores
• Collaborate with agents across different regions
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product)
• Travel internationally (±50%)
