The World Customs Organization (WCO) seeks an Experts Coordination Officer to manage and mobilise its pool of accredited experts. You will coordinate with National Contact Points, oversee the ACE database, and support capacity-building initiatives across international partnerships.

Key duties include developing policies, coordinating training, and ensuring knowledge exchange across regions while maintaining high standards of professional engagement and diversity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or implementing capacity-building programmes in international cooperation.
• Strong analytical and written/spoken communication skills; ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance the ACE Portal with national points of contact and subject matter experts.
• Develop and report on indicators to assess expert deployment.
• Draft policy documents and procedures to streamline expert mobilisation.
