World Customs Organization in Brussels seeks an Experts Coordination Officer to manage and mobilize the expert pool, develop policies, and ensure diverse, balanced deployment across priority areas. The role supports capacity-building activities and technical assistance with close collaboration among Members and internal units.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international context preferred.
• Experience coordinating or implementing capacity-building programmes and expert accreditation.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, enhance, and promote the ACE Portal in collaboration with National Contact Points and experts.
• Develop, monitor and report on indicators for expert deployment.
• Draft policies, procedures, and study materials to streamline mobilization processes.
• Plan and deliver pre-accreditation workshops and related trainings.
• Coordinate the Virtual Working Group on Expert Deployment and support meetings.
