Independent Belgian law firm in Brussels seeks an experienced employment law lawyer to advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of matters, including collective dismissals, cross-border issues, and employment litigation.

You will draft and negotiate employment documentation, collaborate with senior lawyers and partners, and support corporate transactions from an employment law perspective across multiple sectors.

Responsabilités

• Advise Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law matters.
• Handle complex employment-related projects, including collective dismissals.
• Handle employment-related projects: Employment regulations and policies.
• Cross-border employment issues.
• Service agreements.
• Employment litigation.
• Social law implications of restructurings, insolvencies, and corporate transactions.
• Support clients involved in mergers and acquisitions from an employment law perspective.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation.
• Work closely with senior lawyers, Counsel, and partners while progressively taking ownership of files.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to clients across multiple sectors.
