DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Mechelen is seeking a Transport Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the transport team. You will process transport shipments, manage CMR documents, and ensure data is entered accurately across our systems while coordinating with carriers.

The role requires Dutch fluency, attention to detail, and comfort in a logistics environment, with rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

Qualifications

• Initial experience in an administrative or back-office support role.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Comfortable in a logistics, transport, or operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

Responsabilités

• Creating and processing transport shipments in our systems.
• Preparing and managing CMR documents.
• Sending EDI messages to carriers and monitoring transmission.
• Managing shared mailboxes and handling incoming requests.
• Providing administrative support to transport operations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Supporting colleagues with operational follow-up and documentation
