Lonza is seeking a Director of Master Data and Systems to define and drive the global Master Data strategy, governance, analytics, and systems across CHI Supply Chain. You will lead the transformation to a standalone Shared Services model, ensuring data ownership and business continuity across regions.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and IT to implement scalable data solutions, standards, and governance, while building an independent capabilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Experience leading Master Data, Analytics, Governance and Systems in Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to drive data governance and system enablement.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a global Master Data strategy and governance framework.
• Oversee data quality, lifecycle management and change management for master data objects.
• Design and operationalize a standalone global Master Data and Service organization.
• Lead continuous improvement and compliance across processes, systems, and governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organization with cross-functional alignment.
