DESOTEC is seeking a Data Lead to shape and drive the company’s global data strategy across ERP, Data Platform and BI environments. You will own the governance framework, ensure data quality, and lead a cross-functional team of data engineers, scientists and BI developers across multiple markets.

You will translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions, partner with Finance, IT and business units, and champion a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and around 5 years of experience in data, analytics, FP&A, controlling or similar business-oriented data environment.
• Proven people leadership, able to coach and align multidisciplinary teams in an international setting.
• Strong technical understanding of data architecture, engineering, BI and analytics with experience scaling data platforms and governance.
• Experience translating business needs into impactful data and reporting solutions and communicating with senior leadership.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and ERP data flows; strong focus on data quality and governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the group’s data strategy and enterprise reporting across ERP, data platform and BI environments.
• Establish data governance framework and ensure data quality, ownership, security and compliance.
• Own data architecture and ecosystem, guiding platforms, pipelines and integrations.
• Lead development of advanced analytics, BI and AI use cases and define KPIs and reporting standards.
• Foster a data-driven culture and bridge business and technical teams to ensure impact.
