Pauwels Consulting seeks a Data Operations & Orchestration Specialist to manage master data and ensure data integrity across SAP/ECC and automated workflows, supporting material planning, production and financial processes.

You will maintain material masters and BOMs, collaborate with business partners, and drive data management improvements in a regulated environment. Fluent English and 2+ years in data operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in data operations, master data management, or supply chain data.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ECC and understanding of GxP requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Our client, a leading organization in a regulated industry, is looking for a Data Operations & Orchestration Specialist to manage critical master data elements. This role ensures that data integrity within the project enables optimal material planning, production, and financial processes through efficient coordination and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and maintain master data elements such as material masters and BOMs within SAP/ECC and automated workflow systems.
• Engage with business partners to provide tactical operational support and ensure data accuracy for production and release.
• Execute tools and processes aimed at improving master data management operations and business outcomes.
• Collaborate on the development of metrics, dashboards, and tracking to support efficient department operations.
• Identify and recommend practical process improvements to refine and implement data management solutions.
• Support supply chain process flows and organizational models within a GxP regulated environment.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You bring 2+ years of relevant experience in data operations, master data management, or supply chain data.
• You possess working knowledge of SAP/ECC and an understanding of GxP requirements and regulated business processes.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with OMP+, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Professional background in a healthcare, FMCG, or similar regulated industry.
• Active knowledge of local languages.
