Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Director of Master Data and Systems to define and execute the global Master Data strategy across functions and regions.

You will lead governance, analytics, and system initiatives to enable a seamless move to a standalone Shared Services model while ensuring continuity. The role demands extensive leadership, SAP Master Data expertise, and proven experience in data quality, lifecycle management, and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Supply Chain.
• Deep experience with SAP Master Data structures and ERP implementations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global Master Data strategy and governance across the enterprise.
• Lead design and build of standalone Master Data, Analytics, and Systems capabilities.
• Oversee transition to a standalone Shared Services operating model while ensuring continuity.
