argenx SE is seeking an Executive Director to lead Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation for ARGX-121, driving strategic medical plans across development and lifecycle management. The role combines scientific leadership with people management, collaborating across global teams to maximize patient outcomes.

The candidate will guide integrated evidence plans, medical communications, and lifecycle deliverables, while hiring indication leads and contributing to argenx’s long-term vision and growth

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific specialty (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent).
• 15 years nephrology clinical practice experience, nephrology research experience, and/or specific nephrology biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience designing, conducting, and interpreting clinical trials.
• Knowledge of drug development, rare disease experience, and an existing expert network is an advantage.
• Strong team player with interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as MA&EG lead on the ARGX-121 Asset Strategy Team to provide strategic guidance with input from regional and country MA&EG teams.
• Develop and execute Integrated Evidence Generation Plans throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead MA&EG strategies via scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, medical information, congress activities, and data generation.
• Hire and manage indication leads as the molecule progresses in development.
• Co-create MA&EG strategies as a Leadership Team member and mentor colleagues.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
