Levi Strauss & Co. in London or Brussels seeks an experienced DEI Lead to shape inclusion and culture across international markets.

You will partner with HR, ERGs and Legal to implement scalable programs that reflect local realities while upholding global priorities. You’ll translate data and employee insights into practical actions, coach ERG leaders, and drive learning experiences that strengthen inclusive leadership and belonging across a complex organisation.

Formación

• 7+ years in diversity and inclusion, culture, employee experience, org development, learning, HR or change management.
• Experience delivering inclusion or culture initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Experience partnering with HR, senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute inclusion strategy, programmes and scalable solutions for multiple markets.
• Leverage data and employee insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Partner with Legal, ERGs and HR to ensure regulatory and regional relevance of programs.
• Coach ERG leaders and executive sponsors, supporting leadership and succession metrics.
• Create learning experiences to strengthen inclusive leadership and belonging.
• Translate global priorities into locally relevant actions and cross-functional initiatives.
