Datwyler is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead customer development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results that meet customer, regulatory, and quality requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain robust governance and clear stakeholder communication.

A Master’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and at least 5 years of project management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project management.
• Experience in product development processes (design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing).
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and regulatory standards is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define a clear project vision, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan with timelines and milestones.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to align expectations and ensure transparent communication.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Govern project reviews, stage-gate assessments, and management reporting.
• Coordinate product industrialization and transfer to manufacturing.
• Manage changes with impact assessment and proper documentation.
