Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Global Contract Manufacturing Manager to oversee supply and manufacturing agreements across EU sites in a hybrid working setup.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and business teams to ensure compliance and optimal contract performance. The role requires strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex multi-site contracts within the health, flavors, and biosciences space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or similar role.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and explain requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and external counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to supply agreements and operating service contracts.
• Administer and monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with terms, service levels, and supply requirements.
• Maintain a repository of contract documents and amendments for easy access and accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate risks in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics and provide regular actionable reporting.
• Facilitate contract amendments and renegotiations as business needs evolve.
• Provide guidance and training on contract requirements and governance.
