Job summary

Our Client, a European multinational operating in a regulated industry, seeks an International Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts to join its Legal Team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a broad range of international agreements and partnering with senior management.

Based in a dynamic growth environment, the successful candidate will bring 4–7 years PQE, strong English, and a track record in licensing, distribution, sponsorship and R&D contracts, with autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• European qualified lawyer with 4–7 years post-qualified experience.
• Solid experience drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts (licensing, distribution, sponsorship and R&D).
• Languages: Strong command of English; Spanish and/or Italian a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.
• Project management skills and an open, flexible response to change.
• Ability to think globally about the overall business interests and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and reputation as a trusted partner to business clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of international commercial agreements including supply, manufacturing, confidentiality, agency and distribution contracts.
• Work closely with the business and Senior Management to provide pragmatic legal solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
