UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Complaint and Escalation Management Quality Lead in Belgium. The role leads the global escalation process, oversees the complaint management with a service provider, and drives continuous improvement across GMP and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor investigation teams, ensure inspection readiness, and collaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and QA leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (oral and written, at minimum C1).
• Robust GMP investigations experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interact with senior management and influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Complaint process with the Service Provider and drive improvements.
• Lead the Global Escalation Process and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Own global documentation, policy, standards, and training related to the process.
• Ensure inspection readiness and support Health Authority inspections.
• Generate KPI data and analytics to drive process performance.
