Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations leader to drive strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle, from First-in-Human studies through registration and post-marketing activities. This is a high-visibility role blending strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead clinical operations strategy, oversee timelines, budgets, and quality, manage CROs and external partners, and mentor teams to deliver globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of clinical development and operations leadership.
• Global trial management experience in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record leading complex global programs.
• Experience managing CROs and outsourced clinical development models.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical operations strategy and provide input into global CDPs and program objectives.
• Oversee clinical development activities across assigned indications and ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Drive operational risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Partner with Clinical Trial Leads, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of global clinical programs.
• Support country and site selection, CRO management, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Lead and mentor clinical operations teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure inspection readiness and support audits across the development portfolio.

• Proven experience leading complex global programs and working effectively within matrix environments.
• Experience managing CROs, external partners, and outsourced clinical development models.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical development regulations.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
