Zusammenfassung

UCB is seeking a Clinical Supply Operations Planner to join the Clinical Supply Chain team at our campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. You will balance clinical demand with supply, ensuring availability of drug substance and drug product for global trials.

This role collaborates with development, QA, vendors and manufacturing sites to drive supply scenarios, manage inventory, and support audits—while maintaining quality and cost efficiency in a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years in supply/demand planning in pharma or similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand basic finance concepts.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate clinical and development supply demand to derive a plan for drug substance and product.
• Drive consensus on supply scenarios for key supply chain decisions.
• Gather and align supply chain parameters (lead-time, batch size, etc.).
• Manage inventory and mitigate disruptions across projects.
• Act as End-to-End contact for operational supply matters with stakeholders.
• Represent supply with CMOs and perform onsite stock counts and business reviews when needed.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects to improve planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and support audits.
