Accenture in Belgium seeks a Manager in Global Capability Centers to drive sales, shape client solutions and lead large opportunities across GCC, GBS and Captive centers. You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and orchestrate cross-functional teams to design differentiated value.

You will work with multinational clients, lead origination through closure, and help scale innovative operating models leveraging automation and enterprise transformation trends.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GCC, GBS, Shared Services and Captive operating models.
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of internal and external management.
• Commercial acumen and experience with complex solution selling.
• Understanding of automation, talent, operations and enterprise transformation trends.

Responsabilités

• Drive pipeline growth and improve win rates through GCC/GBS/Captive expertise.
• Identify, qualify and pursue GCC/GBS/Captive opportunities across industries and geographies.
• Lead opportunities from origination through proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
• Position Accenture's GCC capabilities in alignment with client needs.
