NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst - Medium NON-KEY EXPERT to support Programme Management and Information Systems for External Relations DGs. You will gather and document requirements, model processes, and contribute to testing and forecasting.

You'll work with IT suppliers, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and help harmonise business processes in line with PM² methodology. Belgian work permit or EU rights required; position based in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master degree or bachelor with equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English for oral and written communication (C1).
• Knowledge of French at minimum B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Perform business analysis and develop an understanding of processes, needs and requirements.
• Analyze needs via interviews, workshops, and desk research and translate into functional requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and IT supplier teams to deliver solutions.
• Prepare and maintain requirements, business cases, and project deliverables per PM² methodology.
• Support testing activities with users, including mock-ups and pilot preparations.
