ST Engineering iDirect seeks a Bid Manager to coordinate end-to-end bid processes for medium to large opportunities, collaborating with global Sales, technical teams, and executive leadership to deliver compelling bids.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to continuous improvement, knowledge reuse, and AI experimentation within the bid management team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in bid management or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple inputs and stakeholders.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI tools and digital ways of working with willingness to learn.
