UNIQUE, an international organisation in Brussels, is seeking a Customer Account Relations & Support Assistant to join a dynamic team on a maternity leave replacement. You will contribute to the smooth management of customer accounts and administrative processes within a small team.

You will handle opening/closing of current accounts, document analysis, KYC/AML procedures, and coordinate with IT and Compliance to ensure accurate client files and timely regulatory submissions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the opening and closing of current accounts based on client requests
• Analyse official documents related to company structures (articles of association, mandates, etc.)
• Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures
• Update and maintain client files (legal documents, company data, authorised signatories)
• Monitor and verify client profiles within internal systems
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (BNB, FSMA, etc.)
• Manage official communication with clients
• Provide daily customer support
• Coordinate with various internal departments (IT, Compliance, etc.)
