Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Training Expert to design, develop and deliver impactful learning solutions for healthcare logistics across our global network.

You will translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into engaging training experiences, collaborate with healthcare, quality, operations and product specialists, and ensure training stays aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics operations.
• Understanding of GxP principles and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and air freight operations.
• Experience within air logistics, freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience creating training materials, e-learning content, or learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a structured and self-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global and cross-functional environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver healthcare and air logistics training programs for a global audience.
• Create engaging e-learning content using modern digital learning technologies and platforms.
• Deliver webinars, virtual classrooms, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Translate operational, quality, and regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences.
• Partner with healthcare, quality, product, and operations experts to identify learning needs and develop relevant solutions.
• Support healthcare audits by ensuring training materials remain aligned with current regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of healthcare expertise across Kuehne+Nagel's Air Logistics network.
