Green Recruitment in Brussels is seeking a Project Delivery Lead for Green Hydrogen to drive end-to-end project delivery from concept to commissioning.

You will coordinate stakeholders across site owners, operators and administrations, manage costs and scheduling, and negotiate investment decisions. The role requires English with Dutch or French, a hybrid work setup with remote days, and a strong passion for renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, or equivalent).
• Experience in project management, preferably in Hydrogen, Renewable Energy or similar industries.
• Passion for Hydrogen, Renewable Energy and environmental technologies.
• Strong coordinating skills; able to manage all parties involved.
• Excellent knowledge of English; able to communicate in Dutch or French.
• Communicative with initiative.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and coordinate all project phases from concept to commissioning.
• Monitor and manage project costs and planning of resources.
• Negotiate with site owners and network operators; liaise with administrations and stakeholders.
• Prepare investment decisions and assist negotiations with involved parties.
• Streamline communication with architects, engineers, site managers and finance.
• Track project progress and milestones, adjust as needed.

• As a Project Delivery Lead you initiate and coordinate all project phases: from the concept and development phase to the commissioning.
• You are responsible for monitoring and managing the project costs, and for the planning of the project resources.
• As a Project Delivery Lead you negotiate with the site owners and network operators and maintain close contacts with local administrations, policy makers and all stakeholders involved.
• As a Project Delivery Lead you prepare investment decisions and assist in the negotiations with the parties involved.
• You streamline communication with other parties such as architects, engineers, site managers and the finance department.
• As a Project Delivery Lead you closely follow the project planning, make adjustments where necessary, and report on the project progress and the milestones.

Your profile

• You have a Master degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, …) or equivalent level of education.
• You have relevant experience in project management, preferably in Hydrogen, Renewable Energy or similar industries.
• You are passionate about Hydrogen, Renewable Energy and/or environmental technologies.
• You have strong coordinating skills and are able of successfully managing all parties involved.
• Excellent knowledge of English, and able to communicate in Dutch or French.
• You are communicative, have strong people skills and can take initiative.
