Job summary

Kuwait Petroleum Europe seeks a GHG & Energy Transition Coordinator to turn sustainability requirements into concrete actions across Europe. You will align CSRD outputs, manage ESG data, and drive improvements in reporting and collaboration across countries and business units.

You will work with Sustainability, Finance, Legal and senior leadership to translate regulatory developments into practical actions and to advance the energy transition with data-driven insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business or sustainability-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, preferably internationally.
• Knowledge of CSRD, CSDDD and GHG emissions reporting standards.
• Understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and how to translate data into insights.
• Experience working with international teams and leading where needed.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Impacts, Risks & Opportunities (IROs) and align with CSRD requirements and Sustainability Strategy.
• Drive GHG reporting with a focus on Scope 1–3 emissions and align calculations across units.
• Connect sustainability risks with Enterprise Risk Management and integrate into the risk framework.
• Collect, validate and analyse ESG and Energy Transition data for audit-ready information.
• Translate ESG Strategy into measurable actions and track progress toward sustainability goals.
• Coordinate CSRD, CSDDD and Energy Transition reporting and translate regulatory developments into actions.
• Improve reporting processes, dashboards and digital tools for easier data collection and visualization.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Legal, ERM and Data, sharing expertise with senior leadership.
