Job summary

Teamleader is seeking an onboarding specialist to guide agencies, consultancies and professional services through the implementation of Teamleader Orbit. You will work closely with agency owners, operations managers and leadership teams to streamline workflows and maximize platform value.

In this role you will lead onboarding journeys, analyze customer workflows, and run tailored trainings to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding journeys for SaaS platforms.
• Ability to run tailored training sessions that drive adoption.
• Strong understanding of agency/customer workflows and business owners' needs.

THE ROLE

You'll guide agencies, consultancies and professional services businesses through the implementation of Teamleader Orbit. You'll work closely with agency owners, operations managers and leadership teams, typically at organisations with 35 to 75+ users, to help them streamline their workflows and get the most out of the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the onboarding journey from implementation plan to go-live, within the agreed timeframe


• Analyse customer workflows and align key stakeholders along the way


• Run tailored training sessions that drive real adoption and long-term value


• Build trusted relationships with customers throughout their onboarding


• Manage several onboarding projects at once, each at a different stage


• Keep improving our processes and share customer insights with the team


• Work closely with Sales, Support and your Onboarding colleagues for smooth handovers

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Know your way around agencies and entrepreneurship, and understanding business owners' workflows comes naturally


• Have a commercial mindset, with experience in B2B sales or consultative selling


• Can advise at a strategic level and turn complex challenges into tangible solutions


• Feel at home with cloud-based and SaaS tools (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus)


• Are open to using AI tools to work smarter
