CellCarta Biosciences Inc. in Belgium is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to perform molecular testing in our Genomics Unit. You will contribute to DNA and RNA extractions and run analyses using the latest technologies, with attention to accuracy and documentation.

Working in an ISO 15189-compliant environment, you will collaborate with a team, maintain data in the LIMS, and help interpret results while growing your skills in genomics and clinical research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Biomedical Laboratory Technology, or Biochemistry.
• Experience in a molecular lab is a plus.
• Ability to use Word, Excel and a database or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized molecular analyses on different platforms.
• Operate and report malfunctions of analysis equipment.
• Monitor lab processes and record data in LIMS.
• Prepare analyses, equipment and samples per testing requirements.
• Document the laboratory work performed.
• Assist with data interpretation.
