CellCarta is seeking an Assay Development Scientist for its Genomics Services team in Wilrijk, Antwerp. You will lead development, validation, and implementation of high-quality qPCR, dPCR, and NGS assays for use in clinical trials, leveraging state-of-the-art RNA and DNA technologies.

This hybrid, full-time role requires at least 3 years in assay development in regulated environments, strong molecular genetics expertise, and teamwork across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in assay development in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with qPCR, dPCR, and NGS assay development.
• Fluent in English; strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and document complex technical studies and protocols.
• Develop, validate, and implement qPCR, dPCR, and NGS assays.
• Troubleshoot and interpret data; present findings in reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead meetings and communicate results to internal and client stakeholders.
