CellCarta is seeking a Laboratory Technician II for its Genomics Unit to perform molecular testing and analyses using the latest technologies. Experience with NGS is a strong plus, and the role requires collaboration within a team in a highly regulated environment.

The candidate should have a professional bachelor’s degree in Medical/Biomedical/Lab Technology or Biochemistry and at least 5 years of molecular lab experience, with fluency in Dutch and English and solid reporting skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant molecular laboratory experience.
• NGS experience is a plus.
• Proficient in computer use (Word, Excel) and data handling in databases.

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized molecular analyses on multiple platforms.
• Control operation of analysis equipment and report malfunctions.
• Monitor lab processes and record data in LIMS.
• Prepare analyses, equipment, and samples according to requirements.
• Document lab work and assist with data interpretation.
• Write operating procedures.
