Tata Consultancy Services Belgium is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and MLOps.

You will collaborate with data stewards, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions, improve translation quality, ensure responsible AI adoption, and drive innovation across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python and/or R for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, SpaCy, and NLTK.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms including Neural Networks, SVM, KNN, Naïve Bayes, and Decision Forests.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms including Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying; familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, bias detection, explainability, and fairness.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, train, and maintain ML/AI models for NLP and Generative AI use cases.
• Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks.
• Integrate generative AI models and APIs into enterprise applications.
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate ML algorithms and classifiers.
• Perform data processing, cleansing, validation, and quality assessments for AI initiatives.
• Define data governance, data quality, and bias mitigation strategies.
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and trigger retraining.
• Implement MLOps covering versioning, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Design scalable AI/ML solution architectures aligned with data management principles.
• Research MT enhancement and evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI in cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data protection, and EU AI Act.
