B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) invites applications for a Machine Learning Researcher with a focus on LLMs in our Automotive team in Belgium.

You will drive the deployment and development of Generative AI to innovate automotive solutions. Responsibilities include building and refining algorithms, tracking multimodal AI developments, maintaining code quality, collaborating with researchers and stakeholders, prototyping PoCs, and publishing breakthroughs at conferences.

Qualifications

• Master with research experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with foundation models and multimodal architectures.
• Strong Python programming skills (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with model training and evaluation.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Build and refine algorithms by adapting multimodal models.
• Track developments in multimodal AI to incorporate SOTA techniques.
• Maintain code quality and oversee the repository throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with researchers and stakeholders to drive technical initiatives.
• Prototype PoCs and publish breakthroughs at leading ML conferences.
• Report findings at project meetings and prepare publications.
