Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in Generative AI and Conversational AI. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align objectives with stakeholders, and manage plans, budgets, and risks.

The role requires on-site presence and collaboration with IT teams, customers, and public-sector partners to ensure successful outcomes. You will bring a university degree in CS or related field, 2+ years in Conversational AI projects, Jira experience on multiple assignments,

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of project management experience in Conversational AI or chatbot projects.
2+ years of experience in the public sector or a public-sector organization.
Proven Jira experience on at least two assignments.
PM² certification and Agile methodology certification.
Fluency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus English at B level.

Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery.
Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, KPIs, and communications.
Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality and value.
Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigation measures.
Communicate status, risks, decisions and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
Coordinate multiple projects and collaborate with IT teams, customers and stakeholders.
Contribute to a structured, Agile way of working.
