Cyclops is seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of the Belgian P&L and steer growth across Belgium. You will define strategy with the Group CEO, lead a growing team of 60+ Project Managers, and build strong client relationships while driving profitability and operational excellence.

You will shape standards and processes for Cyclops' international expansion, roll up sleeves to tackle operational challenges, and inspire teams to deliver sustainable growth and top-tier

• You take full ownership of the Belgian P&L, with responsibility for growth, profitability and overall business performance.
• Together with the group CEO, you define and execute the strategy to grow Cyclops Belgium.
• You lead, develop and inspire a growing team of now 60+ Project Managers and supporting functions, while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day operations of the business
• You build strong relationships with existing clients and create new business opportunities.
• You drive sustainable growth while ensuring a healthy balance between commercial success, profitability and operational excellence.
• You ensure outstanding project delivery and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
• You attract, develop and retain talented people, while safeguarding the entrepreneurial culture that defines Cyclops.
• You set priorities, allocate resources and make decisions that contribute to the long-term success of the Belgian business.
• You help shape the standards, processes and best practices that will support Cyclops' international expansion.
• You act as a visible and approachable leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and engage directly with operational challenges when required
