Cyclops is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to shape the future of Cyclops, lead the Belgian business and strengthen client relationships.

You will own the Belgian P&L, define strategy with the Group CEO, and inspire a team of 60+ project managers and supporting functions.

This role offers significant autonomy and a path to expand Cyclops' footprint across Europe while delivering sustainable growth and high client satisfaction.

• Take full ownership of the Belgian P&L, with responsibility for growth, profitability and overall business performance.
• Define and execute the strategy to grow Cyclops Belgium in collaboration with the group CEO.
• Lead, develop and inspire a growing team of 60+ Project Managers and supporting functions.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and create new business opportunities.
• Drive sustainable growth balancing commercial success, profitability and operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Attract, develop and retain talented people, preserving the entrepreneurial culture.
• Set priorities, allocate resources and make decisions for long-term success of the Belgian business.
• Shape standards and practices to support Cyclops' international expansion.

About The Job
