Trias Brussels seeks a General Director to provide strategic, external and statutory leadership for Trias, aligning vision with operations and safeguarding long-term sustainability. You will shape governance and ensure coherence between vision, strategy and field impact across regions.

You will lead the Management Team, build strong partnerships with donors and boards, and translate global trends into actionable decisions, while steering change and ensuring financial resilience at the global

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of senior management experience at strategic level.
• Strong experience in international development or related sectors.
• Proven track record in strategy development and organisational leadership.
• Experience working with Boards and governance structures.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of French/Spanish/Dutch is a plus.

What does the job entail?

Description

The General Director provides overall strategic,externaland statutory leadership to Trias. He/sheis responsible fordefining and safeguarding the long-term direction of theorganisation, ensuring coherence between vision,strategyand operations.

The role demands a strong strategic outlook and the ability toanticipateglobal developments, position Trias in a changing donor and policy environment, and translate long-term vision intoorganisationalchoices.

The General DirectorrepresentsTrias at the highest level, reports to the Board, andleadsthe Management Team, including Regional Directors andBrussels Office.
