The General Director provides overall strategic,externaland statutory leadership to Trias. He/sheis responsible fordefining and safeguarding the long-term direction of theorganisation, ensuring coherence between vision,strategyand operations.
The role demands a strong strategic outlook and the ability toanticipateglobal developments, position Trias in a changing donor and policy environment, and translate long-term vision intoorganisationalchoices.
The General DirectorrepresentsTrias at the highest level, reports to the Board, andleadsthe Management Team, including Regional Directors andBrussels Office.
